Spathiphyllum, often known as the Peace Lily, is a tropical plant native to South and Central America. This particular variety 'Sensation' is a cultivar, and is the largest member of the Peace Lily family. It has huge, dark glossy leaves that are deeply ribbed and sculptural in appearance. They are tolerant of low-medium light conditions, but when placed in bright, indirect light they produce large white flowers called spathes. They are also great air-purifiers.
