Rhipsalis mesembryanthemoides (Clumpy Mistletoe Cactus)
Rhipsalis mesembryanthemoides are often found hanging as an epiphyte from trunks or branches off other trees. They are native to rainforest in Brazil and once very common around Rio de Janeiro but becoming increasingly rare due to the urbanisation of the area. Often called a jungle cactus, but unlike your typical cacti these however don't have spikes and need less sun and more water then their dessert cousins. This particular variety has fleshy stems with multiple small branchlets which have tiny white spines.
Rating- Easy
LOVES- Being watered when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry, reduce watering in its dormant period. High humidity.
HATES- Direct sunlight, soggy/overwet soil.
