Mammillaria Hahniana's common name is old lady cactus. These originate from the desert regions of Mexico. This cacti starts first as a globular cacti but will become columnar as it ages. It is clump forming and can reach heights of 25cm. It is covered in white bristles and spines which looks like woolly fluff, these function to protect the cacti from the intense sun and heat in Mexico. It will produce small red/pink flowers in a ring round the top of the plant.

RATING- Easy

LOVES- Well draining, porous soil. Lots of bright light.

HATES- Water-logged soil.
