The climbing hydrangea is self-adhesive. With its aerial roots, it can attach itself to almost any surface and can reach a maximum height of 4 to 5 metres. If you do not let the Hydrangea 'Petiolaris' climb, you can also let it grow as a shrub or ground cover. The maximum height of the shrub is then about 2 metres. The hardy shrub blooms from June to August with beautiful large white flowers.
