Gymnocalycium quehlianum is a compact species of cactus native to the rocky grasslands of Northern Argentina. Often referred to as a chin cactus due to the ribbed curvature along its body, this species is highly sought after for its short, squat, globular form and minimal spines. Given the right conditions, it will reward growers with beautiful funnel-shaped flowers in shades of pink or white.
