Do not place or hang your cyclamen in a too warm or sunny spot, i.e. not above a heater or in full sun, they prefer cooler than warmer places. The ideal temperature for the plant is 15 degrees. Cyclamen are originally forest plants, i.e. they normally grow under trees or shrubs that provide shade. Are you planting more than one cyclamen in a pot? Then don't plant them too close together: a little air between the leaves is more pleasant. In summer, a cyclamen likes a sip of water every day. In winter, you don't need to water as often. Make sure the soil is always slightly moist. Preferably do not pour on the flowers or leaves while watering, but point your watering can directly at the soil.
