The lower leaves of Yucca will naturally die back as the plant grows. These should be carefully removed, to maintain a tidy appearance.

It is very important that no water remains at the bottom of the pot, otherwise the roots will rot. The Yucca prefers a light spot, but be careful not to place it in direct sunlight. Direct sunlight will cause discolouration of the leaves. Once every 2-3 months, the Yucca needs sufficient nutrition to ensure that its leaves stay nice and green.
